Chewy Apple & Oat Breakfast Squares (Gluten Free)

These easy, delicious and protein-packed Gluten-Free Chewy Apple & Oat Breakfast Squares makes a great meal, snack or healthy treat!
Ingredients
1 cup oat flour (blend rolled oats until a fine powder forms)
1/2 cup rolled oats
4 tbs coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 peeled apple, diced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8 x 8 pan or dish with parchment paper, set aside.In a large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Stir until evenly mixed.In another mixing bowl, combine wet ingredients (except apple). Mix until smooth.Combine dry & wet ingredients until uniformly combined. Gently fold in diced apple.Pour batter into your parchment lined pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden & firm.Remove from oven and let cool before slicing into squares.Enjoy!
