These Air Fryer Baked Potatoes have perfectly crisp exteriors with soft and fluffy centers. They are the perfect baked potatoes and could not be easier to make!
INGREDIENTS: – russet potatoes – olive oil – sea salt
STEP 1 – Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
STEP 2 – Prepare potatoes by rinsing and scrubbing them under cool water. Using a fork, prick small holes into each potato 3-4 times.
STEP 3 – Drizzle a little olive oil over the potatoes or your hands, then rub into the potatoes thoroughly. Sprinkle each potato with salt.
STEP 4 – Place the potatoes into the air fryer basket or tray. Air fry for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and a fork passes through each easily. –
STEP 5 – Slice open, top as you would like.
