Ingredients Needed: – parsnips  – oil of choice  – garlic powder – Italian seasoning – salt

Step 1: Begin by peeling the parsnips and then halving them cross-wise, and slicing them length-wise.

Step 2: Place the prepared parsnips in a single layer in the air fryer basket, with the cut sides up.

Step 3: Drizzle the parsnips with the oil and then sprinkle evenly with the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt

Step 4: Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes or until the parsnips are fork-tender and beginning to turn golden brown.
