Easy Vegan Sausage

A vegan sausage recipe made with flavorful, plant-based ingredients. These vegan sausages work well for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Gluten-free.

Ingredients Needed: – oil of choice – garlic, onion –fresh sage, thyme – lemon juice – vegan Worcestershire – salt, pepper – onion powder – garlic powder – butter beans – oat flour

Step 1: Saute onion, garlic, herbs and sauces.

Step 2: Mash the butter beans.

Step 3: Mix and mash the butter beans with the sautéed and remaining ingredients.

Step 4: Roll the batter into sausage and coat in oat flour.

Step 5: Saute the sausages for a few minutes. Preheat the oven.

Step 6: Bake the sausages until golden and crispy.
