Wellness Chia Creamsicles

Naturacentric Wellness Elixir

cup
milk
of choice

plain yogurt
of choice

raw honey

teaspoons
chia seeds
1/2
teaspoon
lemon juice
Wellness Basil Ice Pops

filtered water

tablespoon
raw honey
fresh basil leaves
Instructions
Creamsicles
In a large mixing bowl combine Creamsicle ingredients. Whisk until smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds.
Freeze overnight or at least four hours before serving.
Ice Pops
In a mixing bowl combine Wellness Elixir, water and honey. Whisk until smooth.
Place fresh basil leaves into your popsicle molds then pour the popsicle mixture into the molds.
Freeze overnight or at least four hours before serving.
