This easy, beautiful and delicious Roasted Walnut Dukkah is made with a blend of walnuts, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, coriander, black peppercorns, and sea salt. You’ll find yourself putting this Egyptian condiment on anything and everything as you fall in love with its complex flavors and pleasing textures! Naturally gluten-free and vegan.
On a cookie sheet combine walnuts and sesame seeds and spread into an even layer.
Roast for 10 minutes, or until fragrant.
In a food processor or using a mortar and pestle, combine roasted walnuts and sesame seeds, cumin, coriander, salt and black pepper. Pulse or grind until you have a powdery, yet still somewhat coarse (or whatever desired) texture.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
