Notes
Cheese: Store bought string cheese works easiest here, but you can also cut a block of mozzarella cheese into mozzarella stick portions.Flour: Gluten-free flour with or without xanthan gum works fine here, as well as rice, chickpea or tapioca flours.Egg: Egg really gives the best binding powder and results here, but if you are on an egg-free diet, you can coat in milk instead, though it requires a bit more patience to get the breadcrumbs to stick. You might also like Air Fryer Popcorn. Also see: Air Fryer Frozen Green Beans. Also see: Air Fryer Halloumi.
