Ingredients

plant-based milk
oat or cashew, for example

frozen bananas

raw walnuts

raw maca powder
contents of 1 green cardamom pod
or 1/4 tsp ground
Instructions
To a high speed blender add all of the above ingredients.
Blend until smooth (approximately 1-2 minutes).
