Coconut Bliss Balls (Vegan, Nut-Free)

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup flaked coconut
  • 2 tbs maple syrup omit or substitute for keto option
  • 2 tbs coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt omit if using salted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbs chia seeds soaked in 2 tbs water
  • 2 tbs shredded coconut for rolling


  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until a smooth dough forms.
  • Shape into balls.
  • Roll in shredded coconut.
  • Store in freezer until ready to eat.
