Ingredients

coconut flour

flaked coconut

maple syrup
omit or substitute for keto option

coconut oil

vanilla extract

sunflower seeds

sea salt
omit if using salted sunflower seeds

nutmeg

tbs
chia seeds soaked in 2 tbs water

tbs
shredded coconut
for rolling
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until a smooth dough forms.
Shape into balls.
Roll in shredded coconut.
Store in freezer until ready to eat.
