Vegan Orange Chia Pudding

Gluten Free, vegan and full of protein, vitamin C and fiber. This delicious orange chia seed pudding tastes just like a creamsicle... the healthy version!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 5 tbs black chia seeds
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp freshly squeezed orange juice

Instructions

  • Mix all of the above ingredients.
  • Chill in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Garnish with orange slice before serving.
  • Enjoy!
