Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh arugula leaves loosely packed, baby or regular
  • 1 frozen banana
  • cup frozen pineapple
  • ½-inch knob fresh ginger root peeled
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla bean powder or vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk of choice I like to use oat milk

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, combine all of the above ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
