In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the sriracha, honey, coconut oil, vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Bring to a simmer and simmer for 5 minutes, whisking frequently, until the sauce has reduced and thickened to a syrup-like consistency.
