  • 1 18 oz tube of pre-prepared polenta
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
  • Cut your polenta in half width-wise. Halve each half length-wise. Then, cut each fourth into thirds length-wise. Finally, slice each third length-wise into 3-5 fries.
  • Place your fries in a single layer on your parchment lined cookie sheet.
  • Sprinkle with seasonings and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, remove & flip fries.
  • Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until desired crispness is achieved.
  • Serve alone, or with a favorite condiment (I like marinara).
  • Enjoy!
