Air Fryer Falafel Recipe

Crispy and tender air fryer falafel made with delicious, nutritious ingredients. Naturally gluten-free and vegan.

Ingredients Needed: -dried chickpeas -special spice blend -onion, garlic -salt, pepper -baking powder -olive oil -fresh herbs

Step 1: Soak and drain chickpeas.

Step 2: Blend chickpeas then place in a mixing bowl.

Step 3: Blend remaining ingredients.

Step 4: Combine chickpeas and blended ingredients. Mix well.

Step 5: With wet hands, form falafel rounds and place in a greased air fryer basket.

Step 6: Air fry.

Step 7: Enjoy!
