Gluten-Free Sourdough Bread
An easy Gluten-Free Sourdough Bread recipe with a perfect golden crust and soft & flavorful middle. This rustic-style boule is dairy-free, to boot!
Add sourdough starter to a large mixing bowl.

Add maple syrup and apple cider vinegar.
Add egg and oil.
Add sparkling water.
Add salt and baking soda.
Mix until a dough begins to form.
Knead dough, using extra flour as needed.
Transfer to a greased parchment paper-lined skillet or Dutch oven. Cover, let rise, refrigerate.
Gently knead and shape the dough into a nice boule.
Dust with flour and score the dough.
Let cool completely.
