Quinoa Flatbread Pizza Crust

Gluten-Free & Vegan

Ingredients:

 quinoa   water garlic   baking powder  salt olive oil

1. Soak quinoa.

2. Drain and rinse.

3. Put in a blender or food processor.

4. Blend until smooth.

5. Spread batter onto an oiled parchment paper lined baking sheet.

6. Bake.

7. Flip, top then bake again.

8. Enjoy!
