This Gluten-Free Focaccia Bread has the perfect focaccia texture! You would never suspect that it is gluten-free.
Naturally vegan and xanthan gum free!
Ingredients Needed: GF flour Yeast Sugar Salt Baking Powder Olive oil Dried rosemary (optional)
Step 1: Combine yeast, sugar and water.
Step 2: Add flour, salt, baking powder and oil.
Step 3: Mix well.
Step 4: Let rise until doubled.
Step 5: Pour into pan and let rise again.
Step 6: Make indents in dough with your finger. Drizzle with oil and top with rosemary.
Step 7: Bake.
