Instructions
In a small bowl or measuring cup, add the mayo, harissa, cilantro, vinegar, tomato paste, red onion, garlic, sugar, cumin, and salt.
Mix vigorously with a fork until well combined.
Enjoy right away or keep it stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
