Instructions
In a blender or food processor, combine the mint, cilantro, chiles, ginger, garlic, lime, sugar, yogurt, salt, and cumin seeds. Blend until smooth.
Enjoy this chutney right away or keep it stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
Notes
Top Tip:
This can be made with any variety of mint, though I am partial to spearmint.
