INSTRUCTIONS

Wash cucumbers thoroughly. Using a spiralizer, spiralize your cucumbers into noodles.

Give your cucumber noodles a slight squeeze to release excess water content. Place into a large bowl.

Dice your bell pepper. Toss with cucumber noodles.
