dried or fresh orange sliceI like to use DEHY blood orange slices, for optional garnish
Instructions
Fill a large wine glass or tumbler with plenty of ice. The glass should be well chilled for the best texture and flavor.
Pour in the non-alcoholic bittersweet orange aperitif. Add the lemon juice and syrup. Stir gently to combine.
Slowly add the dry non-alcoholic sparkling wine. Top off with the club soda.
Give the drink one or two very gentle stirs to combine without flattening the bubbles.
Garnish with a dried or fresh orange slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes
ProductsI pick up my go-to spritz ingredients from Zero Proof. For serving, I like using the stylish glasses from Rowdy Crowd, they’re lightweight, durable, and still make each mocktail feel a little special!
Storage This non alcoholic aperol spritz is best enjoyed the same day due to its carbonation. You can store the ingredients separately, or just create a pre-mix of aperitif, syrup, and lemon juice and store it in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. That makes it especially handy for brunches, gatherings, or anytime you want a pregnancy-friendly drink option ready to pour. For fizz and balance, combine it with the sparkling wine and soda water only when you’re ready to serve.
