No juicer? This works in a blender, too. Add the beets, pineapple, lemon, and ginger to a high-speed blender with 1/4 to 1 cup cold water. The amount of water needed will depend on how powerful your blender is. Blend until completely smooth. Strain through a nut milk bag, cheesecloth, or fine mesh strainer, pressing well to extract as much liquid as possible.Storage This beet juice is best enjoyed freshly made! However, in case you’ve got leftovers, transfer them to a tightly sealed glass jar or an airtight container and place them in the fridge immediately.
