Beautiful, easy, and delicious cherry mango popsicles made with coconut milk and a hint of lime. This refreshing frozen treat is naturally plant-based.
In a blender or food processor, combine the mango, coconut milk, lime juice and agave syrup to create the mango layer for these popsicles.
Blend until smooth, then set aside.
In a blender or food processor combine the cherries, coconut milk, lime juice, and agave syrup to create the cherry layer.
Blend until smooth.
Alternate pouring the cherry mixture and the mango mixture into popsicle molds to form layered creamy ice pops.
Place the popsicle molds into the freezer to set and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
