In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lime juice, vinegar, basil, parsley, cilantro, oil and salt.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Add cold water one tablespoon at a time until the dip reaches your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust salt if necessary.
For the best flavor, chill for 15 minutes to let the herbs infuse (but it’s also delicious straight from the blender!).
Optionally garnish with lime zest and chopped green onions before serving.
Enjoy!

Notes
For best results, drain the chickpeas but do not rinse them. The tiniest bit of aquafaba left behind coating the chickpeas actually helps increase the creaminess of this dip.Storage Keep any leftover dip in an airtight container, then store it in the refrigerator for up to a week. To avoid any bacterial growth, it’s best to put the hummus in the fridge within 2 hours of making it.
