This creamy silken tofu ranch dip is a high-protein twist on classic ranch dressing. Made with silken tofu, fresh dill, and simple pantry seasonings, it's perfect for dipping vegetables, drizzling over salads, or spreading on sandwiches.
Add the tofu, mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar, dill, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and mustard to a blender or food processor.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Serve right away or transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes for an even thicker texture. Enjoy!

Storage Keep any unused tofu ranch dip in a jar or airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. I don’t recommend freezing it for longer storage, since the ingredients may separate and develop a watery texture once thawed.
