Instructions
Combine the macadamia nuts, salt, and vanilla extract in a food processor or high-speed blender.
Start by pulsing or blending at a low speed, building up to a high speed over the course of a few minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.
Keep blending until the nut butter is silky smooth, approximately 5 minutes total.
Enjoy it right away or keep it stored in a lidded jar at room temperature for about 10 days or the refrigerator for about a month.
