Ingredient Notes
- Raw Macadamia Nuts: The main ingredient in this recipe. Make sure what you’re buying are unsalted, raw nuts for fantastic results.
- Sea Salt: Enhances the flavor of the macadamia nuts, so you’ll end up with a yummy nut butter. This is a great recipe to use high-quality salt in! Use the best one you have. I love to use Celtic sea salt.
- Vanilla Extract (Optional): This ingredient is optional, but this macadamia butter really tastes delicious with a subtle hint of vanilla. Macadamia nuts already have an almost vanilla-like flavor note and this just further enhances it.
