- 1 cup plain yogurt (*use coconut milk yogurt for Vegan Option)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 2 tbs maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cardamom pod, freshly ground (approx. 1/4 tsp)
- 1/2 cup mango, fresh or frozen, chopped (+ extra for garnishing)
