In a standard coffee mug, add the oat flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
Add the tahini, maple syrup, and milk. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Microwave for 1 minute and 40 seconds.

The cook time is based on a standard 1000-watt microwave oven. If your microwave is more or less powerful, you may need to adjust the time accordingly, starting at 1 minute and working up in 10-second intervals. When it is done, it will look set/cooked on top but will still be somewhat soft to touch, as it will continue to set as it cools. Then, consume them within 24 hours to enjoy the best flavors. To reheat, place your refrigerated oat flour mug cake in the microwave and heat for about 10-15 seconds.
