These oven-baked French fries are the ultimate snack to indulge in—without the hassle or the guilt! Seasoned to perfection and baked until crispy, golden, and delicious, you’ll just love how amazing these oven-baked fries will turn out.
Preheat the oven to 350℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the cut fries, oil, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and pepper.
Toss well to coat.
Arrange the fries in a single layer on the parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving a bit of space between each one.
Bake for 55 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through, or until the fries are tender, crispy, and golden.
Enjoy!

Notes
I like to use Russet potatoes but this recipe will work with any potato you prefer.
I prefer to keep the skins on, as it gives a nice texture to these homemade fries, but if you prefer to peel the potatoes you can.
You can make these fries as thick or thin if you prefer, just keep an eye on them as they may require more or less time in the oven depending on the size.
Storing Homemade French Fries
Store any leftover fries inside an airtight container in the fridge, where they’ll be good for up to 3 days. Alternatively, you can freeze the fries solid on parchment paper in the freezer and then transfer them to an airtight container. Stored this way, they’ll be good for up to 3 months.
