Place the potatoes, oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano and salt into the slow cooker. Toss to coat.
Slow cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours, or until the potatoes are tender and golden.

As served in the photos: I like to sprinkle some parmesan cheese and everything seasoning on the potatoes a few minutes before serving.Cook time: My slow cooker takes 2 hours on high and 4 on low, but depending on the slow cooker used and how thickly the potatoes are cut it could take as long as 3 on high or 5 on low.The skin: I prefer to keep the skin on, but if you aren't a fan, feel free to peel the potatoes instead.
