  • 1 cup packed basil 20 grams
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews 75 grams
  • 1/3 cup olive oil 290 grams
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 4 garlic cloves
  • sea salt or pink salt to taste


  • In a food processor or blender combine all of the above ingredients (except salt).
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Salt to taste.
