Vegan Cashew Gravy
A super creamy and comforting Gluten-Free Vegan White Gravy made with Cashews, and the perfect blend of spices! Whether for a cozy holiday meal or your every day favorite dishes, this Vegan Gravy recipe adds that certain bit of something special in no time at all!
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 2 tablespoons tapioca starch
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 1/2 teaspoons thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or pink salt
In a food processor or high speed blender, combine all of the above ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a sauce pan and stir over medium heat until thickened.
