Easy + Crispy Air Fryer Zucchini Recipe
This easy, healthy Air Fryer Zucchini squash recipe is packed with flavor for the perfect side dish, appetizer or snack. Naturally vegan, keto and gluten-free.
Servings: 4 people
- 5 medium zucchini sliced
- 2 tablespoons avocado or olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or pink salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
In a large mixing bowl combine sliced zucchini, oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and onion powder. Toss to coat.
(Preheat your air fryer if recommend by your model.) Place the zucchini into your air fryer basket and air fry at 400°F for 20-25 minutes (giving the basket a toss every 10 minutes or so), or until the zucchini is tender and beginning to brown and crisp.
Serve right away and enjoy!
