    Ingredients

    • 5 medium zucchini sliced
    • 2 tablespoons avocado or olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or pink salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    Prevent your screen from going dark

    Instructions

    • In a large mixing bowl combine sliced zucchini, oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and onion powder. Toss to coat.
    • (Preheat your air fryer if recommend by your model.) Place the zucchini into your air fryer basket and air fry at 400°F for 20-25 minutes (giving the basket a toss every 10 minutes or so), or until the zucchini is tender and beginning to brown and crisp.
    • Serve right away and enjoy!
