- 10 ounces ramen noodles or rice noodles
- 1 tablespoon oil of choice I like to use avocado oil
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 1-inch knob fresh ginger root minced or grated
- 1 cup vegetable broth or water
- 1 13.5-ounce can coconut milk full-fat
- ¼ cup Earth Echo Golden Superfood Bliss
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or any sweetener of choice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh or bottled
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos or soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ salt
- sliced fresh basil to garnish
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Rinse, drain, set aside.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, add the oil, garlic and ginger. Saute until the garlic turns golden, about five minutes.
