- 1 cup oat flour (I used a food processor to grind whole rolled oats)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
- 6 tbs coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
