Ingredients
- 1 cup milk of choice I like to use oat milk
- 1 scoop Earth Echo Cacao Bliss
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or any sweetener of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions
- In a jar, combine the milk, Cacao Bliss, tahini, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Add the chia seeds to the same jar. Mix well.
- Place a lid on the jar, then place it in the refrigerator for overnight, or at least 4 hours.
- Remove the jar from the refrigerator, then scoop the contents into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Scoop into a bowl, add your preferred toppings, serve, and enjoy!
I actually had this Cacao Bliss and was looking for some recipe to use it with. I love this chia pudding and the flavors you add. It made a nice healthy chocolate dessert.
