- 2 cups pre-cooked or canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if necessary)
- 1/2 cup raw walnuts
- 1/2 onion
- 1/4 cup vegan bbq sauce (find my recipe below) + extra for garnishing
- 1/4 cup water or vegetable stock
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbs olive or coconut oil
approx. 8 burgers
