Gingerbread Tahini Mocha Bites (Gluten-Free, Vegan)
Ingredients
- 1 cup tahini
- 1 cup rolled oats gluten-free certified if necessary

- 3 tablespoons blackstrap molasses
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the tahini, oats, ICONIC Protein Mocha Immunity Coffee Powder, molasses, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves.
- Mix until all is thoroughly combined and begins to form a ball.
- Using wet hands, grab golf ball-sized portions of the batter and roll into balls in-between your hands until you have 15 bites.
