    I make a lot of smoothies these days. With two young kiddos in tow a smoothie is always my back-up when the picky eating kicks in!     Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cups plant-based milk oat or cashew, for example
    • 2 frozen bananas
    • 2 tbs raw walnuts
    • 1 tbs raw maca powder
    • contents of 1 green cardamom pod or 1/4 tsp ground
    Prevent your screen from going dark

    Instructions

    • To a high speed blender add all of the above ingredients.
    • Blend until smooth (approximately 1-2 minutes).
    • Enjoy!
