This Cardamom Maca Walnut Smoothie packs a wonderful nutrition punch with the use of the adaptogen maca, protein, omega-3 and nutrient-rich walnuts and potassium-rich bananas!

Maca Smoothie with Cardamom + Walnut (Vegan)
- 1 1/2 cups plant-based milk oat or cashew, for example
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 tbs raw walnuts
- 1 tbs raw maca powder
- contents of 1 green cardamom pod or 1/4 tsp ground
- To a high speed blender add all of the above ingredients.
- Blend until smooth (approximately 1-2 minutes).
