Ingredient Notes

  • Salt – Adds savoriness and makes the flavors of the herbs and spices pop.
    • Use what you have! Table salt, sea salt, or coarse kosher salt will work well here.
  • Ground Cumin – Adds a slightly sweet, nutty, and earthy touch to the seasoning.
  • Garlic Powder – Gives a distinct garlic flavor to the mix without using raw garlic.
  • Dried Cilantro – Lends a refreshing and herby taste to the guacamole seasoning.
    • Omit entirely if you’re not a fan of the cilantro flavors.
  • Onion Powder – Adds the sweet, zesty taste of onion to the mix.
  • Red Chili Flakes – Gives our seasoning blend a delicious heat.
    • You can use red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper as a substitute for red chili flakes.
    • Feel free to adjust the amount you add in depending on how spicy you want your seasoning.
