This Spicy Turmeric Tahini Sauce is subtly sweet, slightly tangy, and deliciously spicy. It is vegan, gluten-free, healthy and easy to make, too!
This delightful condiment combines two of my very favorite things! Turmeric and tahini do complement each other quite beautifully; and when you add a bit of zest and spice — YUM.
I love using this sauce over chickpea pasta, zoodles, in veggie wraps and drizzled over buddha bowls! I’m sure you’ll find some of your own favorites ways, too!

Spicy Turmeric Tahini Sauce (Dressing)
- 4 tbs water
- 2 tbs tahini
- 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves finely minced
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp coconut sugar or granulated sweetener of choice
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Store in a lidded container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
