Vegan Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 1 9 to 14 ounce bag of coleslaw mix about 3 cups or 300 grams or 3 cups shredded cabbage and carrots, mixed
- 1/2 cup vegan mayo 115 grams
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- sea salt or pink salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine coleslaw dressing ingredients (mayo, mustard, vinegar, sugar, and spices). Mix until smooth.
- Pour coleslaw mix into bowl. Mix until all is well coated.
- Salt to taste.
- Enjoy!
