Ingredient Notes
Rolled oats: Provides a hearty, crunchy base; use gluten-free certified if needed.
Unsweetened shredded coconut: Adds texture and a subtle sweetness; swap with chopped nuts or seeds if preferred.
Earth Echo Cacao Bliss: Brings rich chocolate flavor with superfood benefits!
Salt: Enhances flavor balance; use sea salt or Himalayan salt.
Tahini: Binds the ingredients and also adds a nutty, creamy depth; swap with sunflower seed butter if you are on a nut-free diet.
Maple syrup: Naturally sweetens and helps bind the ingredients. If you are not vegan, feel free to use raw honey instead.
Flaked sea salt (optional): If you are a fan of salted chocolate, then this adds the perfect finishing touch.
